Saturday, July 11 was Celtic Heritage Day at Pricketts Fort, featuring 18th century traditions of Brittany, England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales, with activities that included kilt-wrapping demonstration, bagpiping, an appearance by the West Virginia Highland Dancers, a “Bonnie Knees Contest”, sword & fencing demonstrations, tug of war, spinning, weaving & bobbin lace demonstrations, and storytelling.
